This workshop is facilitated by the Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. Participants will learn important skills and gain the knowledge, language, and tools they need to introduce talent development and strength-based development.

Strengths-Based Design Thinking
1-Day Course

This workshop is about how individuals and organizations use creativity and design thinking to identify and encourage innovation in the workplace. The ideas developed through this process are then applied to customer discovery to understand its value in the market.

This course teaches how to navigate and use information in their Gallup’s Clifton Strength 34 report to maximize the potential of each participant in the workplace and in everyday life.

Team Engagement

This half-day workshop is aimed at Leaders who will learn how to increase productivity and success by working focused on the involvement of their teams.

Participants are given a deeper understanding of what creates an attractive culture, Leaders can lead the team with a focus on engagement, resulting in increased productivity, profitability, and better customer service metrics.
